These people are called the military that undergo a lot of pain in order to guard the nation; among the training they undergo is martial arts of the highest level which they use to protect the nation, they always pay the price of enduring pain, sleepless nights and so on when under going through the training.

Entertainment is also a form by which these skills are widely used; we find movie directors and producers coming up with contents which is full of action where the skills are demonstrated. The characters used to grace the shows do use these skills to make the movies more thrilling. We find them having different traits and fighting skills which are highly entertaining.

Having different nations in the world competitions is one thing that brings them together despite of their races and tribes. Olympics are the worlds largest competitions that bring them together. The best country which has great skills wins and scales it to greater heights.

We should learn to use this skill learnt from the classes for the better use. This will help one to coop with daily challenges in life. Lets struggle and practice it though it hurts.
