Vitor Ribeiro, who was also called Shaolin, is retired mixed martial artist. Lightweight division is the field in which he commenced his career. He professionally competed for; Shooto, DREAM, Cage Force, world fighting Alliance, K-1 HEROS and also cage range. After world championship that was held in 2001, Shaolin moved to MMA. While in this field, the man has really won many titles. At the age of 14 years, he decided to join the known Jiu Jistu sport but this was prompted by a fight with some kid from his school. After this embarrassing situation, he was transferred to another school called Nova Uniao. This is how he was able to know the path he was going to take for his future career.

Although he was in a young age of 17 years, he was energetic and this offered him a chance to acquire school trophy in the championship category of Jiu Jistu.
